By choosing charter services, you are able to access places that are out of reach with basic air travel. We can get into smaller airports that airlines don’t travel to possibly getting you closer to your final destination. Plus charter services can get you to most of the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico and the Western United States which are not easily reachable with airline travel. In addition, the travel is planned on YOUR timeline, not the airlines, giving you more control of what you plan to do, and time needed to complete it.

We are an independent aviation travel consultant, using the same software for booking charter flights that everyone uses. Being independent gives us an advantage as we are not tied to any provider. We shop and negotiate every trip, evaluating each trip for the best possible provider.
 

Being your personal in-house travel concierge, we help with the following:

• Oversee your trip from start to finish

• Determine size & type of aircraft that best suites your needs

• Find a list of qualified providers for your trip and work closely with them on the details of your trip

• Negotiate the price and review the fine print

• Provide you with the quotes to review so you can accept one

 

We can also coordinate the following for you:

• Drop off and pick up plane side

• Catering (fast food, box lunches, 5-star dining) - if you can dream it, we can arrange it

• Car service

• Hotels to mountain chalets

• Special events (concerts, games, racing, golf,...)
